All the garments manufactured by CORA TEXTILES SRL are distributed in all Europe and have as main feature a high level of quality and a perfect technical execution.

Stitching is made with performant sewing machine, special equiped for heavy garments.  We are equiped with 300 good sewing machines, all new purchase, modern with environmental save engine. We also have a heat seal fusing press for 250 Celsius, automat hot–seal cut of the webbing,  as well as 4 pressing machines along with boiler machine.

We have 15 automat, large size, aria stitching machines which help us create, perfect MOLLE system or different stitches which require perfect shapes.

We are equiped with modern technology to import all types of cutting files, or create electronical patterns, perform digitizing and grading, using the physical item of the client and an indicated size chart.

We can make markers, based on electronical patterns from the client.

Lack of information from the client, we can successfully create the technical docummentation necessary in the manufacture process.

Cutting is ensured by a last generation computerized systems which allows us to cut a variety of styles with different kind of (perfect round) shapes in a very short period: we have a big heavy duty automat cutter and a Laser cutting machine.

We currently have 2 cutting machines – GEMINI YIN heavy duty Cutter and we use Gemini and Gerber & LECTRA Software, with the possibility to import directly to the cutting head makers made in Gerber system, this ensuring the fabric consumption established by the client. The vacuum cutting  window is 1.8 m wide and 1.8 m long. The level of error on automate cutting is zero and, what is also very important is that, it monitories very exigently the fabric consumption. 

WE also have 3 laser cut machines: 2 for textile and plastic and 1 only for plastic/wood, harder textures. The automat LASER machines have 2 cutting heads and may cut through any kind of texture of fabric or plastic with perfect shapes.

In order to meet our clients needs to manufacture a high number of size for one item, we have bought an automat machine which draws and cuts the electronical patterns. This is an important step of manufacture process where we establish positions of trims (velcro/ zips/ click fastners, labels, etc) on the item for each needed size.

In the sampling room we stitch the pre-production sample and establish the „hot points„  for the manufacture process.

For equipments which require embroidery and professional print of labels, we cooperate with a local company.

 We have experience and trainned staff to pack according to client needs. We have performed with success deliveries with a vast packing procedure.

We are flexible and work with all INCOTERMS conditions, according to the needs of each client. We can organize for our clients, transport by road, by air, by the sea.
